Original Crib Apple Pie Ridge Star Quilt

This wonderful design and highly popular and desirable , the Apple Pie Ridge Star design is a regional appliqué quilt pattern that is rooted with Quaker history in the Shenandoah Valley near Frederick and Winchester County, Virginia. 

This original crib size quilt has 2 sets of initials, VKR and SKR embroidered near the center of the quilt so a great extra detail. 

This small treasure is all hand quilted and hand applique. 

This quilt, circa 1880’s,  was acquired from a renowned qullt collectors estate. 

Overall good condition with a few minor spots of wear and some binding wear. 

The dimensions are 39 x 41 inches.
